Whatever you study in the classroom is not used in the real world. However some concept is used but real world require more than that what we study.

Web4bharat skilled development Job program is specially designed for pass-out or students in their last semester and wants to earn while they learn. Through this program, they have to deposit non refundable fees of Rs.30000/- (One Time). After that they will be included on any live projects according to their interests.
First 2 Months is their probation period. During this interval we will train them with the basic tools and knowledge. No Stipend they will be given.
After 2 Months, a stipend of minimum Rs. 2500-7500/- will be started according to their performance.*
After 6 months. This stipend will increased from Rs.3000-12000/-.*
After 1.5 Years They will get an offer letter from our company with salary minimum 6000-25000. *
*If their performance and behavior is satisfying.
Note:

1. Trainee must carry their laptop with them.
2. Trainee must submit their ID proof.
3. Trainee must follow office rules.
4. Minimum they have to stay 6 hrs. in the company.
5. Six days a week is our timing. 9:30 AM- 7 :00 PM)
6. For every off, they would be fined from their stipend/salary. (However 3 off is allowed in trainee duration and 1 off is allowed in job period with prior notice)

If any Trainee found involved in any illegal activity, or misbehaving we have the right to terminate the agreement. Trainee must leave the company in those circumstances.
Our emphasis during the industrial training is to develop and enhance the technical skills of the students to grow in this fast paced IT industry with the help of live projects. During the program, the students will work on live projects under the guidance of our software development team. This hands-on experience will make them well versed with the different cycles of the Software Development.
