Hostel Outpass Management System

Out Pass module is designed to keep a check on all the outgoing students, staff or other employees of the hostel. This module automates the security system at the gates of the school. This module safely secures all the information and keeps a record of all the relevant details like, the name of the student/employee, purpose for going out of the school, the name of the person who permitted the child to leave, time and date when the out pass was issued.  
JobOfficer Outing Pass System makes the process easy and complete automatic. Like if a students want to go for an outing then he can generate a request from his/her mobile/ tablet/ laptop through interanet system. The request automatic send a SMS to his parents with complete details. After that Hostel Warden can approve or reject the request for outing. Again a confirmation message will shoot to parents and students. If the request is confirm, when a student leave campus , we put a check on gate where security guard on their computer approve or reject the request with a very simple user friendly screen.
Again a SMS will generate whenever students goes out or comes in the campus. Main highlights of this module are:

2. We can restrict numbers of outing per month.
3. Complete process is automated and automatically a SMS is generated when a student create a request for outing.
4. The Student Out pass holds information like, Out Time, Reason, Permission given by, & all details of the Student.
5. It is easy to get print out of Out Pass for the Students.
6. This module helps in keeping record of the details of students like, Out Time, Out date, reason, permission given by, whom to meet & all details of the students.
7. It will make the complete process paperless. However if required outpass can be printed on normal paper.
8.  You can export all the information to Excel file.
9. Also manage Special Request likes students going to extra classes, jobs, training etc.
10. It also allows the facility to create dynamic reports through List View.
11. Complete Record is tracked closely and directly inform to parents regarding outing.
