Managing transport is one of the tedious job in any educational institute. There is a lots of efforts required to manage the students route and also the route for drivers and conductors.  JobOfficer develop a module for the transport in-charge to manage the records of transport. We are having some modules which can help a transport incharge
GPS Device: We install GPS device in each vehicle to track the vehicle position. Its very important for any organization to track their vehicles exact position. Even the parent can locate the location of the bus, so that they can come on time to collect their ward.
ID Card: We also design the Bus Pass for the student, whose data is always sink with Account office. We track the student route and pickup point so that driver can easily drop the student on exact location, for which they paid the fees.
Transport Fees:  Our Transport fees and Route wise reports is always ready in our software. We calculate the pickup point of each student also. Which helps a lot for Transport Incharge.
Biometric Attendance: We also track the attendance of driver and conductor as their shift is long but they stay for less time in the campus.
Fuel Efficiency: JobOfficer also track down the fuel efficiency of each bus, as we keep the meter reading and fuel added into the bus. Which helps management to find the bus whose efficiency is best and which driver is giving best output.
Important Date: JobOfficer Module also track down all the important dates for transport in-charge . As in transport system, they have to remember so many things like pollution expire,  Insurance expire,  any Challan Date, etc.  Our ERP helps in it and also send regular SMS to the incharge and management.
